Terms and Conditions
At THE 3D CRAFTED, we manufacture products specifically based on your order. As a result, once the product is produced, it becomes non-returnable and unusable by us. Therefore, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Please note that some orders may be canceled at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including limitations in product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or any issues related to credit approvals. Should this occur, we will reach out to you via email to inform you of the cancellation or request additional information.
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or has functional issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to find a solution. Products can only be returned if they are defective or malfunctioning. The returned product must be in its original, unused condition with undamaged packaging. If the product is defective, you will need to return it to us for a replacement. We will cover shipping costs for the return of the repaired or replaced item, while you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to deny refunds for canceled orders once the product has been completed or dispatched, as it becomes unusable for resale. If your order has not been manufactured, we will issue a full store credit for the cancellation.
Damages and Issues: We advise you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it in accordance with the order. In case of damage, the product must be sent back to us for repair. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer, while we will bear the shipping cost for returning the repaired item.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: Custom-made or customized products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges will be processed for customized products.
Customization Requirements: Customers are required to provide the necessary customization details or files when placing their order. You can submit this information in the following ways:
- On the product page before adding the item to your cart.
- In the notes section of the cart after adding the item to your cart.
- By emailing customization details or files to sales@the3dcrafted.com with your order ID in the subject line.
If the required customization details are not provided, we are not liable for:
- Shipment delays
- Cancellations
- Refunds
Customer Agreement: By placing an order with us, you agree that if you provide incomplete or incorrect delivery information (such as an incorrect name or address), you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges if the parcel is returned to us by the courier company and needs to be reshipped.
THE 3D CRAFTED reserves the right to verify and confirm the accuracy of the information you provide. If any information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to refuse the order or request updated information.

For sales within India, our prices include taxes. For international sales, we do not collect IGST or any other taxes.
